Abstract (German)	CADAGNO: will be the first European (free from ITAR restrictions), rad-hard PLL frequency synthesizer ASIC up to 16GHz (Ku-band). The circuit architetture will integrate innovative digital circuital solutions for phase noise reduction and spurs cancellation in fractional-N mode.
