Appetite reduction is a hallmark of human disease and most notable in anorexia nervosa and cancer anorexia-cachexia (CACS) patients. The goal of this project is to develop first-in-class medication to treat common and rare forms of anorexia based on novel mechanisms in stimulating appetite.
