Abstract (Deutsch)	Colorectal cancer (CRC) is the second leading cause of cancer death and the third most prevalent cancer worldwide. Survival rate at a later diagnosis is 13.5%. With our approach, based on a unique mode of action drug that restore cGMP levels, we aim to treat CRC and to increase the survival rate.
