The VC supports the work of the IEA’s Divisions for Renewable Energy and Global Energy Relations Office, in particular on hydropower, renewable heating and cooling, and renewable fuels, as well the IEA’s work in Eastern Europe, Caucasus and central Asia focusing on capacity building and training for energy policymakers, energy statisticians and energy researchers of utmost importance.
