Abstract (German)	Testing of #bad# LDL cholesterol plays a key role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases. To improve the test performance currently based on indirect detection, this project aims at developing a novel rapid test for direct quantitation of LDL cholesterol using selective membranes.
