Abstract (English)	The project goal is to build a highly scalable, harsh environment MOMS sensing solution, with the capability of sensing two physical properties on a single MOMS die, combined with compact opto-electronics module where high sensitivy is enabled by a mixed-signal ASIC and advanced digital processing.
