Abstract (English)	We will develop in vitro and in vivo assays to facilitate the development of novel selective endocannabinoid reuptake inhibitors at Synendos Therapeutics, a recent spin-off from UniBe. The generation of a neuron-specific transgenic target knock-out mouse model will help de-resking the target asset.
