Abstract (German)	We are discovering small molecules, currently at the validated hit stage, to augment anti-cancer immunity by blocking the adenosine 2A receptor (A2AR) pathway. A desirable and unique feature of our approach is the 'allosteric' mode of binding to A2AR.
