30-50% of diabetics develop peripheral neuropathy, causing sensory loss from the legs, with consequent unphysiological walking and neuropathic pain. STEPUP is a unique brain computer interface restoring sensations from the foot of neuropathic patients by stimulating the tibial nerve through the skin
