RAAAM is a technology commercialization effort by researchers from the Ecole Polytechnique Federale de Lausanne (EPFL) to bring their patented ultra-high density, low-power CMOS memory technology to the market. This technology has the potential to cut the cost of almost any digital SoC by up-to 50%.
