OGIP steht für die Optimierung der Gesamtanforderungen (Kosten/Energie/Umwelt) in der Integralen Planung. OGIP ist ein Bauplaner-Werkzeug zur Beurteilung der Ressourcen Kosten, Energie und Umwelt. Es bietet ein standardisiertes Verfahren zur Berechnung der Umweltbelastung durch Erstellung und Betrieb von Bauten, der benötigten Betriebsenergie und der Kosten.

OGIP stands for Optimisation of Global demands in terms of costs, energy and environment within an Integrated Planning process. OGIP is a tool that enables architects and engineers to optimise resources (costs, energy, environmental impact). It offers a standardised procedure for determining the environmental impact of the construction process and the building’s operation and calculates the costs and energy used in operation.
