Abstract (German)	The global drive to eradicate tuberculosis with the help of new drug regimens is faced with a lack of rapid and precise diagnostics to direct therapy. In this project we develop the first diagnostic tests enabling optimal use of old and new antibiotics, directly from patient samples within 24 hours.
