Abstract (Deutsch)	AAV is a life-threatening autoimmune disease with no effective available treatment. 60% of patients are refractory to therapy or relapse within a year. This project aims to address this unmet medical need substantially advancing treatment by developing novel compounds targeting disease pathogenesis.
