Abstract (Deutsch)	The aging process inevitably leads to sarcopenia, loss of muscle mass and function, with enormous consequences for quality of life, morbidity and mortality. We aim at using low-dose, pulsatile administration of recombinant human interleukin-6 to mitigate these pathological events.
