Abstract (Deutsch)	The goal of this project to develop and demonstrate the feasibility of automation programmes to harvest demand flexibility incorporating an inter-disciplinary approach. The increase in customer satisfaction, as well as maximising the demand flexibility and value creation are highlighted.
