Abstract (German)	INS-3001 is a first-in-class soft-tissue calcification inhibitor with limited oral bioavailability. This project will confirm the feasibility of devloping a novel sustained-release formulation of INS-3001, that will enable patient treatment in a chronic and ambulant setting.
