We aim to develop highly cancer specific monoclonal antibodies using a novel glycoengineering platform for the synthesis of glycan antigens. Lead antibodies will be tested in tumor models and functionality enhanced using the CustomGlycan platform to allow rapid transition into the clinical phase.
