This project is a clinical research partnership between Universitätsklinik für Frauenheilkunde Inselspital Bern and Scailyte AG to develop cell identity biomarkers to diagnose endometriosis using a unique combination of deep learning, single cell multi-omics technologies and patient lifestyle data.
