Das Projekt bietet Eisenbahnverkehrsunternehmen ein Tool mit dem sie im Störfall, in markant kürzerer Zeit als bisher, eine optimale Ressourcenzuweisung ermitteln können. Dazu wird eine innovative Software Lösung entwickelt, die Methoden des Operations Research und des Machine Learning kombiniert.
