Abstract (Englisch)	Pancreatic cancer (PDAC) is marked by rich desmoplastic stroma and immunosuppression. The proposed project will deliver mechanistic information and efficacy data of two novel inhibitors of PDAC, providing a strong rationale for entering clinical studies in PDAC patients with these therapeutics.
