Abstract (German)	Micromechanical watch parts are made using a LIGA process. LIGA only produces simple 2.5D single-material structures. We propose a new process, Digital LIGA. It uses precision digital printing with LIGA to realizing complex multi-material shapes at reduced cost and with higher functionality.
