Abstract (German)	PROBAN is a urine test that reduces by at least 50% the number of unnecessary biopsies performed for the diagnosis of prostate cancer. Identifying healthy men bearing no-prostate tumor prior to biopsy, it decreases the high false positives of the current screening methods.
