Abstract (German)	Delayed ischemic neurological deficits (DIND) occur in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage. Oxygenated hemoglobin (oxyHb) exposed in CSF contributes critically to the development of DIND. Continuous monitoring of fHb allows to effectively reduce such events.
