Abstract (German)	Hyperactivation of mechanistic target of rapamycin (mTOR) induces epilepsy, CNS dysfunction and benign tumors. Treatment options are ineffective and poorly tolerated. A first-in-class, brain-penetrant, selective inhibitor of mTOR kinase with improved tolerability and efficacy will be identified.
