Abstract (German)	We target the development of a novel type of electromechanical filters for RF front-ends of mobile communication devices. These filters have an enormous disruptive potential since they can provide both very low insertion loss & large bandwidth simultaneously, and are easily scalable up to 6 GHz (5G)
