E-Governance for Accountability and Participation (EGAP) programme of Swiss Agency for Development Cooperation (SDC) aims at employing innovative technology mediated initiatives to strengthen delivery of citizen centric administrative services and to enhance democratic rights, entitlements and practices in four targeted regions of Ukraine: Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, Vinnytsia, and Volyn. Concurrently programme activities have also focused on enhancing inclusive and results oriented national policy process on e-governance and e-democracy, in collaborative partnership with the State Agency for E- Governance of Ukraine. A consortium of Ukrainian organisations led by East Europe Foundation; and the Swiss institutional partner InnovaBridge Foundation manages implementation of EGAP.
