Das Ziel des HTA ist die Überprüfung der Wirksamkeit, Sicherheit, Kosteneffizienz und budgetären Auswirkung von perkutane Vertebroplastie und perkutane Ballonkyphoplastie bei Patienten mit symptomatischen osteoporotischen Wirbelkompressionsfrakturen, die nicht auf eine nicht-chirurgische Behandlung ansprechen.

The objective of this HTA is the evaluation of the efficacy/effectiveness, safety, costs, effectiveness and budget impact of percutaneous vertebroplasty and percutaneous balloon kyphoplasty in patients with symptomatic osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures unresponsive to non-surgical treatment.

Le but de l’évaluation des technologies de la santé (HTA) est de vérifier l’efficacité, la sécurité, l’efficience des coûts et les conséquences budgétaires d’une vertébroplastie percutanée et d’une ballonkyphoplastie percutanée chez les patients atteints de fractures vertébrales symptomatiques et ostéoporotiques par compression qui ne répondent pas à un traitement non chirurgical.

Scopo dell’HTA è di esaminare l’efficacia, la sicurezza, l’efficienza dal punto di vista dei costi e le ripercussioni sul budget della vertebroplastica percutanea e della cifoplastica percutanea con palloncino nei pazienti con fratture da compressione vertebrale sintomatiche causate da osteoporosi che non rispondono a un trattamento non chirurgico.
