Bei umfassenden Sanierungen zeigt sich, dass Küchen und Bäder als Auslöser gelten und regelmässig instandgesetzt werden. Das Projekt untersucht das energetische Potential solcher Eingriffe im Innenbereich durch gebäudetechnische Aktivierung. Ziel ist die Identifizierung von pragmatischen Ansätzen der Bauerneuerung durch die Integration von Gebäudetechnikelementen in Küchen- und Badmodulen. Dies ermöglicht systematische, etappierte Sanierungen mit geringer Eindringtiefe und entsprechend niedrigen Initialkosten.

In comprehensive renovations, kitchens and bathrooms are found to be triggers and are regularly repaired. The project investigates the energy potential of such interior interventions through building technology activation. The aim is to identify pragmatic approaches to building renovation by integrating building technology elements into kitchen and bathroom modules. This enables systematic, staged renovations with low penetration depth and correspondingly low initial costs.

Lors de rénovations globales, il s'avère que les cuisines et les salles de bains sont considérées comme des déclencheurs et sont régulièrement remises en état. Le projet examine le potentiel énergétique de telles interventions à l'intérieur par l'activation de la technique du bâtiment. L'objectif est d'identifier des approches pragmatiques de rénovation des bâtiments par l'intégration d'éléments techniques du bâtiment dans des modules de cuisine et de salle de bains. Cela permet des rénovations systématiques et par étapes avec une faible profondeur de pénétration et des coûts initiaux réduits en conséquence.

Gemäss aktuellen Schätzungen sind in der Schweiz ca. 1.5 Mio. Gebäude dringend sanierungsbedürftig. Dem gegenüber finden jährlich mehr als 400'000 Wohnungswechsel statt, bei einer gleichzeitig stockenden Sanierungsrate von ca.1 Prozent. Das Potenzial, das in den meisten Wohnungswechseln steckt, ist bezüglich umfangreicher Sanierungen oft nicht ausgeschöpft. Im Projekt werden mögliche pragmatische Ansätze für die Bauerneuerung gemeinsam mit Gebäudeeigentümern (Private, Genossenschaften, Hochbauämter), Baufachleuten, Küchen-/ Bad-/ und Geräteherstellern interdisziplinär ausgearbeitet. Anhand von drei Workshops wird das Potenzial von einer möglichst umfassenden Integration der Gebäudetechnik in Massnahmen der Küchen- und Badsanierungen erarbeitet und Anreize zur Effizienzverbesserung aufgezeigt. Zukünftig lassen sich auf diese Weise systematische, etappierte Sanierungen mit geringer Eindringtiefe und entsprechend niedrigen Initialkosten umsetzen.

According to current estimates, around 1.5 million buildings in Switzerland are in urgent need of renovation. On the other hand, there are more than 400,000 housing changes per year, with a stagnant renovation rate of about 1 percent. The potential that lies in the majority of housing changes is often not exhausted in terms of extensive renovations. In the project, possible pragmatic approaches for building renovation will be worked out in an interdisciplinary way together with building owners (private individuals, cooperatives, building authorities), construction experts, kitchen/bathroom/ and appliance manufacturers. On the basis of three workshops, the potential of the most comprehensive possible integration of building technology into kitchen and bathroom renovation measures is being developed and incentives for improving efficiency are being identified. In the future, this will make it possible to implement systematic, staged renovations with low penetration depth and correspondingly low initial costs.

Selon les estimations actuelles, environ 1,5 million de bâtiments ont un besoin urgent d'être rénovés en Suisse. En revanche, plus de 400 000 changements de logement ont lieu chaque année, avec un taux de rénovation d'environ 1 %. Le potentiel que recèlent la plupart des changements de logement n'est souvent pas épuisé en ce qui concerne les rénovations à grande échelle. Dans le cadre du projet, des approches pragmatiques possibles pour la rénovation des bâtiments seront élaborées de manière interdisciplinaire avec des propriétaires de bâtiments (particuliers, coopératives, services des bâtiments), des spécialistes de la construction, des fabricants de cuisines, de salles de bains et d'appareils. Trois ateliers ont été organisés afin d'étudier le potentiel d'une intégration aussi complète que possible de la technique du bâtiment dans les mesures de rénovation des cuisines et des salles de bains, et de mettre en évidence les incitations à améliorer l'efficacité. A l'avenir, il sera ainsi possible de mettre en œuvre des rénovations systématiques et échelonnées avec une faible profondeur de pénétration et des coûts initiaux réduits en conséquence.
