Abstract (Deutsch)

The Institute for Food Safety and Hygiene (UZH) will leverage machine learning algorithms trained by using whole genome sequencing data for processing of MALDI-TOF MS spectra to allow for identification and subtyping of the foodborne pathogen Listeria.
