Every year almost 310#000 endovascular procedures are carried out to treat cerebral aneurysms, a condition leading to stroke. This project investigates how the endothelial wall of arteries is affected by a novel microactuated guidewire developed to access/treat aneurysms with unprecedented efficacy.
