Inhibitors against components of the LPS biosynthesis pathway as drugs against Gram-negative bacteria are developed using protein epitope mapping technology (PEM) developed by Polyphor. Structural data and studies to understand off-targeting are conducted at UZH to obtain preclinical candidates.
