Switzerland’s partnership with the “China Training Centre for Senior Personnel Management Officials” (CTCSPMO) goes back to 1994. Currently the cooperation is in its 5th phase (2014 - April 2018) and is implemented with the support of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Lausanne (UniL). The main objective of this MTR is to assess the level and quality of implementation and to draw conclusions for the remaining implementation period.
