Abstract (German)	Insufficient preservation of residual hearing during surgery limits growth in number of cochlear implantation. We will develop an real-time monitoring system, allowing scientifically based decisions during surgery, thus maximizing hearing preservation; and giving a competitive advantage to Sonova.
