Abstract (Deutsch)	We aim to discover molecules that interfere with the biogenesis of microRNA-155 and thereby reduce inflammation. The best molecules will be developed into a drug to treat lupus patients. This is an innovative approach in lupus drug discovery, a disease without an effective therapy.
