Abstract (German)	A stand-alone in-situ SEM mechanical testing hybrid platform integrated in a table-top SEM enabling truly automated high speed mechano-imaging with nanoscale resolution. The core of the system includes a novel miniaturized load frame, FPGA based controller and high level GUI of hybrid instrument.
