Designed for an implementation period of up to six years over the entire project cycle, the project is close to mid-term in 2017. This evaluation is sought to account for the achieved results so far and to contribute to strategic steering for the remaining period of the first phase. It will also set the base for the second administrative phase of three years (2018 – 2020).
