The second task was to analyse the SDC Rule of Law portfolio to provide recommendations for the development of the next cooperation strategy. The review was based on the study of relevant documents and on a 6-days-country visit with a series of meetings and semi-structured interviews with SDC staff, project partners and stakeholders. After a brief analysis of the context trends the report answers to a series of specific questions around the relevance of the domain of intervention, the significance and effectiveness of the interventions.
