The “Enhancing Youth Employment” (EYE) programme is funded by SDC and implemented by a consortium of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and Management Development Associates. EYE Phase 1 runs from 1.1.2013 to 31.12.2016. The project applies the Market Systems Development approach, using facilitation to achieve systemic change in market systems.A final review of Phase 1 was conducted from 22 February to 4 March 2016. Its objective was to assess achievements and support SDC and the consortium in preparing the second phase.
