RisiAlbania (RA) is a project funded by SDC which addresses the high rate of youth unemployment in Albania. Its current Phase 1 runs from November 2013 to October 2017. It is implemented by a consortium of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation (HSI) and Partners Albania for Change and Development (PA). It applies the Market Systems Development (MSD) approach, which seeks to address underlying causes of market systems underperformance through facilitation.An independent review was conducted in May 2016, with the aim to assess achievements and provide recommendations for the present and next phase.
