This report looks at highlights from the Impact Surveys over the period 2010 to 2012. Under the guidance of Ruedi Felber from ETH-Nadel in Zurich, a team of locally based staff fromHPK undertook this study over 3 periods in 2010, 2011 and 2012. Neither was a baseline survey conducted in 2001 nor were impact assessments carried out during the first 4 phases of the project. This was recognised as a gap in the project.
