This is the report of the mid-term review of the “Enhancing Youth Employment” (EYE) programme, funded by SDC and implemented by a consortium of Helvetas Swiss Intercooperation and Management Development Associates. EYE’s implementation phase, which was preceded by a preparation and an inception phase, runs from 1.1.2013 to 31.12.2016. The project applies the Making Markets Work for the Poor (M4P) approach, which means it uses facilitation to achievelasting change in market systems.
