The project “Contribution to Constitutional Reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina” is financed by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and was implemented by the Human Rights Centre of the University of Sarajevo. The project commenced in December 2004 and its fourth phase came to an end in December 2013. Over the past years the project overall aimed at supporting various actors and interested groups, including citizens, civil society organisations and politicians with multifaceted and multilevel activities to actively engage in and contribute to the ongoing debate of constitutional reform in Bosnia and Herzegovina.The main objective of the evaluation is to assess the overall relevance, performance and achievements of the entire project and to provide recommendations for a possible new intervention.
