Die Direktion für Entwicklung und Zusammenarbeit hat in Zusammenarbeit mit dem serbischen Bildungsminister ein Projekt umgesetzt (2002-2013), welches auf die Professionalisierung des Bildungspersonals abzielt. Das Projekt hat bezüglich der beruflichen Weiterbildung von Bildungsanbietern in Serbien die grössten Veränderungen hervorgebracht. Das Projekt hat somit einen wesentlichen Beitrag zur Entwicklung des serbischen Bildungssystems geleistet.Das Ziel des Berichts ist es, die Erfolge des „Professional Development“-Programms festzuhalten.

In the period between 2002 and 2013, the Swiss Agency for Cooperation and Development (SDC) in partnership with the Serbian Ministry of Education (MoE) implemented the project “Professional Development of Education Personnel” (PDP). This project has contributed to the biggest changes in the system of professional development (PD) of educators in Serbia and thus, contributing to the development of the education system.The aim of this report is to summarize the results and achievements of the PDP, which was implemented for 12 years, between 2002 and 2013. SDC supported the MoE to create and implement a PD system that contributed to decentralization and democratization of the education system of Serbia.
