Die Studie sollte Erkenntnisse bereitstellen, die den Entscheidungsträgern als Ausgangspunkt dienten, um die längerfristige strategische Ausrichtung des Angebots für Zivildienstleistende zu definieren und eine allfällige Adaption dessen zu bestimmen. Namentlich bildeten sie eine Grundlage, um über die Fortführung und Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten von Einsätzen im Bereich Zivildienstleistende im öffentlichen Raum sowie im Bereich Spitex zu entscheiden.

The study is intended to provide decision-makers with information to serve as a starting point for defining the long-term strategic orientation of options open to civilian service members and any necessary adaptation. In particular, the findings provided a basis for deciding whether or not to continue and how to structure assignments of civilian service members in the public sphere, as well as in terms of Spitex (home nursing service).

Le but de l’étude était de fournir aux décideurs des éléments leur permettant de déterminer à long terme l’orientation stratégique de l’offre destinée aux civilistes et de définir le cas échéant de quelle manière l’adapter. Les résultats de l’étude ont servi de base pour décider du maintien des affectations dans les domaines « civilistes actifs dans l’espace public » et « aide et soins à domicile » et pour choisir la manière d’organiser ces affectations.
