Die Vollzugsstelle für den Zivildienst (ZIVI) hat vom Bundesrat den Auftrag erhalten, neue Einsatzbereiche zu prüfen, darunter auch den Bereich der Betreuung und Pflege zu Hause. Mit dem Pilotversuch im Jahr 2013 wollte die Vollzugsstelle ZIVI klären, welches mögliche Einsatzformen sind und welche Anforderungen an die Zivildienstleistenden und an ihre Vorbereitung gestellt werden müssen. Das Büro BASS hat den Pilotversuch mit einer externen Evaluation begleitet.

The Federal Council gave the Central Office for Civilian Service (ZIVI) the task of examining new areas in which to assign civilian service members, including the provision of care and assistance in the home. The pilot scheme run by the Central Office for Civilian Service was aimed at clarifying the possible forms such assignments could take, what demands would be made of civilian service members and what training would be required. An external evaluation of the pilot scheme was carried out by BASS.

L’Organe d’exécution du service civil (ZIVI) a été chargé par le Conseil fédéral d’examiner de nouveaux domaines d’affectation, notamment celui de l’assistance et des soins à domicile. L’essai pilote mené par l’organe d’exécution en 2013 visait à déterminer quelles quelle forme les affectations dans ce domaine pourraient prendre, quelles exigences devraient être posées aux civilistes et comment ils devraient être préparés à leurs affectations. Le Bureau BASS a été chargé de faire une évaluation externe de l’essai pilote.

Il Consiglio federale ha affidato all’organo d’esecuzione del servizio civile (ZIVI) l’incarico di definire nuovi possibili settori d’impiego e di valutare tramite un progetto pilota l’eventuale inclusione del settore delle cure a domicilio. Con il progetto pilota 2013, l’Organo d’esecuzione del servizio civile intendeva chiarire quali sono le possibili forme d’impiego e le esigenze che devono essere poste ai civilisti per la loro preparazione. L’ufficio BASS ha seguito il progetto pilota redigendo una valutazione esterna.
