The Project Strengthening Seed, Input and Output Markets in Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Swaziland has been running from 1st October 2010 to 30 June 2013, with a total budget ofUSD 3.2 million. Its goal is to have improved seed security strategies and policies adopted in the Southern Africa Region. Its purpose is to improve the availability and the access to quality seed by target households and small scale farmers in the different countries involved, with a view to replicate the expected results at regional (SADC) level.
