Kurzbeschreibung

SDC is one of six donors of the community land use fund. The UK Government’s Department for International Development (DFID), as the lead donor, commissioned an evaluation of the programme, guided by an Iniciativa para Terras Comuntárias or iTC Reference Group (RG). The evaluation’s purposes were:1. To elucidate lessons learned , 2. To understand iTC’s influences on investments in participating communities at different levels, and 3. To provide input into the design of iTC and support for future activities including M&E. The evaluation focuses on three iTC provinces (Manica, Cabo Delgado and Zambézia), using the ‘Outcomes Harvesting’ approach and method. Overall, 171 outcomes were harvested and showed evidence that iTC contributed to successful outcomes at community level.
