The Outcome Monitoring concept reflects a consensus among the key stakeholders on which results to focus to enhance strategic steering of the RIICE project. The concept defines a selection of strategic-relevant result areas based on the RIICE log-frame. The concept reviews the plausibility of the RIICE log-frame and clarifies the key hypotheses relating to project outputs to expected project outcomes in the selected result areas. These hypotheses are documented in a results chain framework.
