Studienreihe zum Thema Firmen in der Schweiz und E-Government: Dabei werden Monitoring-Fragen zur Nachfrage nach Online-Behördendienstleistungen, zur Zufriedenheit mit Online-Portalen, zur SuisseID sowie zu Social Media gestellt. Die insgesamt 1'005 Interviews wurden zwischen dem 10. Oktober und dem 5. November 2011 geführt.
