Der Bundesrat hat das Bundesamt für Raumentwicklung (ARE) und das Staatssekretariat für Wirtschaft (SECO) beauftragt, ihm bis Ende 2014 einen Vorschlag zu unterbreiten, wie die Agglomerationspolitik des Bundes ab der Legislaturperiode 2016 – 2019 ausgerichtet sein soll. Geprüft werden soll insbesondere eine thematische Ergänzung. Das Konzeptpapier dient dabei dem Ziel, Überlegungen anzustellen, wie das Thema der wirtschaftlichen Wettbewerbsfähigkeit von Agglomerationen und Metropolitanräumen innerhalb der Agglomerationspolitik des Bundes gestärkt werden kann.

The Federal Council has commissioned the Federal Office for Spatial Development (ARE) and the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) to submit a proposal by the end of 2014 as to what direction the federal government’s agglomeration policy should take in the 2016 – 2019 legislature period. Ideas to be considered include the insertion of an additional theme. The concept paper is intended as a way of presenting ideas as to how the issue of economic competitiveness of agglomerations and metropolitan areas can be strengthened within the federal government’s agglomeration policy.

Le Conseil fédéral a chargé l’Office fédéral du développement territorial (ARE) et le Secrétariat d’Etat à l’économie (SECO) de lui soumettre d’ici à la fin de 2014 une proposition sur l’orientation de la politique fédérale des agglomérations à partir de la législature 2016-2019. Un complément thématique doit notamment être examiné: la présente ébauche a pour objectif de réfléchir à la manière de renforcer la compétitivité des agglomérations et des espaces métropolitains au sein de la politique fédérale des agglomérations.

Il Consiglio federale ha incaricato l’Ufficio federale dello sviluppo territoriale (ARE) e la Segreteria di Stato dell’economia (SECO) di presentargli entro il 2014 una proposta che illustri l’orientamento della politica degli agglomerati della Confederazione a partire dalla legislatura 2016 – 2019. In particolare dovrà essere esaminato un complemento tematico. Il programma favorirà la riflessione sulle possibilità per rafforzare la competitività economica degli agglomerati e delle aree metropolitane nell’ambito della politica degli agglomerati della Confederazione.
